Language is always activating something within you.

The words you hear, read, speak, and encounter each day trigger the energetic associations words have accumulated throughout your life. Most often, because it happens automatically, you aren’t consciously aware of being triggered.
Across the 37 days, you will work with 312 words, purposely undoing old associations and upgrading each word with an association that activates your light body.
The upgraded energy of each word is deposited with a fresh feeling into your Word Bank, adding 312 deliberately activated word triggers that initiate the activity of your light body.
After the activation, whenever any one of these 312 words enters your field — through hearing it, saying it, reading it, or otherwise interacting with it — it automatically activates your light body without requiring your conscious participation.
Just like the other words in your Word Bank, these words operate as automatic triggers. The difference is that these 312 have been consciously chosen and activated to work in service of your light body.
THE LIVING LANGUAGE OF LIGHT
The 312 words within this activation originate from words placed at the intersecting points within the geometry of the Flower of Life.
I was guided to work with these words as a living language of light — purposely undoing the associations they already carry and activating them with fresh energy in service of the light body.
Across the 37-day activation, these words become consciously chosen points of connection between everyday language and your spiritual identity.
Once activated, they remain ordinary words you can meet anywhere in your life, but the energy you have deliberately deposited within them is no longer ordinary or unconscious.
A NOTE ON MER-KA-BA
Mer means Light.
Ka means Spirit.
Ba means Body.
Mer-Ka-Ba names the natural coherence between light, awareness, and form.
This work does not attempt to activate something missing.
It restores recognition of what already exists.
Words are used as alignment points—
not to elevate,
but to clarify.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Words may appear neutral, but every word you know has accumulated associations through dictionary definition, culture, repetition, and your own life experience.
Those associations were automatically deposited into your Word Bank and are activated without your conscious participation whenever a word re-enters your field.
The Flower of Life Activation does not ask you to place better words over old associations or simply repeat something positive until you believe it.
Each of the 312 words is purposely undone before being upgraded and deposited with a fresh association connected to your light body.
You are consciously choosing to carry these words forward with fresh associations.
Once the work has been done, you don’t need to remember to use them.
When encountered, the words themselves become the triggers.
The body remembers. You don’t have to.

The Flower of Life and the light body are intrinsically connected within this activation.
The Flower of Life provides the sacred geometry through which the 312 words were received. The light body provides their direction.
For 37 days, you move through a guided activation practice, consciously working with a small group of words each day.
Together, we purposely undo the associations those words have previously carried for you and upgrade them with fresh associations connected to the activation of your light body.
As you complete these activations day after day, the fresh deposits accumulate within your Word Bank.
By the completion of the 37 days, all 312 words have been consciously engaged with and activated in service of your light body.
You leave the practice with 312 deliberately activated word triggers, operating automatically whenever they appear within the language of everyday life without requiring your conscious participation.
The sacred geometry gives the words their pattern.
Your participation gives them their activation.

Listen whenever you choose — daily, weekly, monthly, or as part of a personal practice — allowing the words you have already activated to continue making fresh deposits into your Word Bank and activating your light body.
Across the 37 days, you consciously participate in changing your relationship with 312 words.
You undo what those words have carried, give them fresh associations, and deposit those associations into your Word Bank in service of your light body.
Then the conscious work ends.
The words remain.
They move with you into the language of your everyday life, activating what you deliberately placed within them without requiring you to remember.
