For 35 days, you’ll be guided through a rhythm of awareness and transformation:

Notice the Words — Each session brings a stream of common words, revealing the subtle frequencies they carry. You’ll easily sense which words are ready to be unspelled.
Undo the Spell — You’ll unspell old agreements woven into words, releasing the effects they’ve held.
